NB - if after examination/analysis no biomechanical dysfunction
is isolated, only £40.00 is payable. |

IMPORTANT
If treatment is initiated during 1st visit an inclusive charge of
£100.00 is payable (£60.00 for under 16s). This
incorporates the whole of the diagnostic/test period, which includes
all extra consultations (if required), only
when the diagnostic period has been successful is the permanent
orthotic device produced. The balance of the cost is only
paid on fitting of the permanent device.
Corrective devices:
Orthotic devices are costed on design and specification depending
on the patient's condition. The maximum charge does not
include postage and packing (where required).
Remember - Permanent
orthotic devices are only made if temporary/diagnostic
(prototype) insoles are successful.

NB: Free initial consultation for children under 16 years
MAXIMUM CHARGE of £325.00 (Adult) &
£160 (Child) for any total treatment, i.e. ALL INCLUSIVE from
consultation to fitting of moulded orthotic device, (including biomechanical
examination, gait analysis, all consultations, etc)

cost of treatment is less than £325.00 then the lower
amount is payable
